SANDEEP GOYAL

Mr. Sandeep Goyal is one of the leading lawyers on the taxation side and is in practice for the last 22 years. He is regularly arguing the matters before Punjab and Haryana High Court and tax tribunals. He is also regularly appearing before Supreme Court of India. He has been involved in many high profile litigations in which land mark judgments have been delivered by the courts.
He is a lawyer with background of chartered accountancy where he had been placed on All India Merit List of Rank Holders.
At present, he is the Managing Partner of SGA Law Offices which is the leading law firm at Chandigarh dealing with taxation matters, having a team of experienced and young lawyers who provide turnkey solutions to various clients and representing them at various levels.
At present Mr. Sandeep Goyal has been appointed as Senior Standing Counsel for Income Tax Department in Punjab & Haryana High Court. He was also appointed as Addl. Advocate General, Punjab in the year 2012. He has been the Vice Chairman (North Zone) of All India Federation of Tax Practitioners for two consecutive terms for the year 2012-13 and 2014-15. He was also National Executive Member of AIFTP. He has delivered lectures across the country on diverse topics relating to Taxation Laws and Constitutional Laws. He has also contributed articles which have been published in the leading journals of the country. His areas of practice are litigation, advisory and tax management solutions especially in the areas of GST/VAT.

Ms. Aanchal Goyal is a law graduate from Punjabi University, Patiala. She regularly appears before Tax Authorities and Appellate Tribunals. She has been an active member of editorial boards of various Tax journals and has penned down articles on Tax issues which have been published in the leading and widely circulated Tax Publications of the country.

Mr. Rishab Singla is a law graduate from the Army Institute of Law, Mohali and is mainly working on VAT and Service Tax issues and has been regularly appearing before various Tax forums. He has also written certain articles which have been published in various Tax Journals. With his exceptional research skills, he forms an integral part of the research team.  
   
Peyush Pruthi

Mr. Peyush Pruthi is a law graduate from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He has also obtained CA-intermediate degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has successfully completed his LL.M. in Corporate Laws. He possesses exceptional research skills and knowledge of corporate laws. He deals in Sales Tax and GST Matters and regularly appearing before various Tax forums including Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High court.   
   
Aakriti Gupta

Ms. Aakriti Gupta is a law graduate from Army Institute of Law, Mohali. She has cleared her Company Secretary- Executive from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Her areas of interest include Indirect and Direct Taxation, Company Law and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. She has previously interned with corporate and litigation teams of Khaitan & Co, Link Legal and Grant Thornton Bharat LLP. She had been an active mooter and has participated and won various National and International Competitions. 
She also won the Army Commander Western Command Trophy for being the all-round topper considering the 5-year performance in academics, sports, moots and extra- curricular activities.

Ms. Ambika Jindal is a dedicated advocate with a B.Com, LL.B (Hons.) from the University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, and a Master’s Degree from National Law University, Mumbai. She has been actively involved in legal research, with her work published in International Journals. Ms. Jindal is a member of the Legal Aid Panel at the Punjab & Haryana High Court, where she has handled both civil and criminal cases. Her strong foundation in law and commerce informs her practice, and she regularly appears before the High Court, with a special focus on the intersection of business and law.
